AIGI provides Short Term Courses viz. ‘Diamond Essentials’, ‘Colored-Stone Essentials’ through the mode of Distance Education. Distance Education is provided by way of simple, easy to read and understand course material and assignments sent through post or email (depending upon the preference of the candidate). In Distance Education, you’re given the same course material that’s taught on-campus. By having the Institute’s acclaimed course material, you learn without having to interrupt your schedule. Ultimately, you earn industry-wide recognition as a trained gem and jewellery professional in the convenience of your home or office. With Distance Education you are in total control of when, where and how you learn. Distance Education courses are self-paced with generous time limits for completion. Your instructor is just an email or phone call away. AIGI instructors are available to give you quick and convenient help with your course and assignments and see you through your studies.

Special short term Classes

The institute offers Extension classes similar to on-campus classes in the major cities of Northern India. Two courses viz. ‘Diamond Essentials’, ‘Colored-Stone Essentials’ are available under this arrangement. These classes are held on weekends.These classes would be particularly useful for those who cannot manage to attend on-campus. Those interested in availing of the facility of Extension classes have to, however, get themselves registered at least three weeks in advance.
